What a Party! DJ Training Module (Storyline)
Business Purpose: Due to rapid growth, this DJ company began to utlize subcontractors. This is a common occurrence in this industry, but not all DJ services handle client contacts in the same way. This eLearning was designed to assist What a Party’s subcontracted DJs in completing pertinent paperwork within expected timeframes, as well as provide customer support that builds a trusted rapport. This standardization has helped to sequence What a Party’s workflow and support customer service, ensuring a consistency that is part of the company’s trusted brand.
Target Audience: Subcontracted DJs

Health X Security Training (Rise)
Business Purpose: X Health medical group has been providing health care to families in the Southern California area for over 30 years.Recent current events have raised concerns over lack of safety protocol in the event of an active shooter. Needs analysis revealed that existing on-site Security Services have protocols in place, but that employees are not aware of the active shooter procedures. This training gives X Health employees the tools to recognize and respond to escalating situations and active shooters. After this training, all X Health employees will employ best practices should escalating security events occur at work.
Target Audience: The target audience is all X Health team members, including interns, outpatient staff, administrators and volunteers.

Give Kids the World Storyboard
Business Purpose: Give Kids the World (GKTW) is a non-profit resort in Florida that is dedicated to giving children with critical illnesses week-long vacations that are expense free. The “village” itself is an 89 acre, idyllic, storybook setting complete with characters, villas and entertainment galore.On top of that, they coordinate visits to nearby theme parks such as Universal and Disney. This storyboard is just one part of a massive project to assist the GKTW in streamlining their volunteer training. I designed the eLearning and Storyboard in Google Suites. After multiple iterations and peer reviews, it has been approved for development and is currently in the hands of the development team. The mock-ups were provided by the development team. The success of this storyboard led to my being named Storyboard Team Lead for the following project: volunteer Digital Photographer.
Target Audience: Digital Photography Assistant Volunteers at Give Kids the World.

Vyond Microlearning for Hiring Managers
Overview: This is a Vyond video that will be embedded into an eLearning course developed in Storyline. This video will address one of the three objectives within the Storyline course for Company X titled Recruiter Training. Knowledge check and quiz will be housed inside the SL course.
Target Audience: The target audience is the hiring managers and recruiters of Company X.

Company X Recruiter Training (Storyline Storyboard and Design Document)
Business Purpose: Company X provides cutting edge software solutions for data sharing within multiple industries. With strong technical teams committed to innovation, Company X has become the national leader in this field. Multiple long-term contracts have recently been acquired and hiring managers will be adding many new team members. It has come to light that HR interviewers need further training. The hiring managers and recruiters need an interviewing strategy to effectively evaluate potential candidates in a timely manner. The task of interviewing is hard work, and this training will provide support by creating specific criteria for interviewers as well as standardize the process. As a result, Company X will be able to match qualified candidates with appropriate job descriptions for a stronger workforce.
Target Audience: The target audience is the hiring managers and recruiters of Company X.
